3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Our DMCA Process

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we follow this process:

Notice Received

We receive your DMCA takedown notice and log the complaint with a timestamp.

Review & Verification

We review the notice to confirm it contains all required information and assess the validity of the claim.

Content Removal

If the notice is valid, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Notification

We notify the relevant party (if applicable) that the content has been removed in response to a DMCA notice.

Counter-Notice (if filed)

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content after the required waiting period under DMCA guidelines.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content you posted on MToMM.com was removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a written counter-notice containing the following:

Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, or if outside the United States, to any judicial district in which MToMM.com may be found

7. Our Own Content

All original content on MToMM.com — including articles, conversion tools, page layouts, and written descriptions — is the intellectual property of MToMM.com and is protected under applicable copyright law. Established since 2025, we take the protection of our own content seriously as well.

Unauthorized reproduction of our content is prohibited
Scraping or bulk copying of our conversion tools or articles is not permitted
Brief quotations with proper attribution and a link back to MToMM.com are generally acceptable

8. Fair Use Disclaimer

MToMM.com may on occasion reference publicly available facts, standards, or measurement definitions. The use of factual data such as unit conversion values, SI definitions, and measurement standards is not considered copyright infringement as facts and mathematical formulas are not protectable by copyright law.

9. Limitation of Liability

MToMM.com acts in good faith in responding to DMCA notices. We are not liable for any damages that may result from our good-faith removal of content based on a DMCA notice that is later found to be inaccurate or fraudulent. Rights holders who submit false or misleading notices may be held liable under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

We reserve the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MToMM.com after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
